Using this site
This site is run by Windmill Records, an independent label based in San José, Costa Rica. By using it — browsing the roster, submitting a demo, subscribing to updates, or signing a contract — you agree to these terms.
Demo submissions
Submitting a track through the submission form does not create any agreement between you and Windmill Records, signed or implied. It's an invitation for our A&R team to listen and get in touch if it's a fit. You must own or control the rights to anything you submit — don't send us music you don't have the rights to share.
Release contracts
If we offer to sign your track, the actual terms of that release — royalties, rights, exclusivity, and everything else — are governed by the individual contract you sign, not by this page. The contract takes precedence over anything stated generally on the site.
Content and brand
The Windmill Records name, logo, and site design are the property of Windmill Records. Artist names, photos, and release artwork remain the property of their respective owners and are used here with permission.
No warranty
This site is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate and running, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
